An invitation is extended to all the 2009 season Small Sided Football and competition team players and their families to attend the Kotara South Football Club Presentation Day.
DATE: Sunday 27 September, 2009
LOCATION: Nesbitt Park
The presentation day has been divided into two (2) parts for the Small Sided Football teams (U6 – U9) and the competition teams (U10 – U18). It is suggested that you look at the timetable below as a guide to the days proceedings.
Entertainment for the day is a ‘carnival’ theme and includes face painting, clowns, putt putt golf, an obstacle course, penalty shoot out, coits, snocone & fairy floss, the coffee man, raffle prizes, fun activities and stalls.
Upon arrival please contact your coach, manager or team representative to collect extra gifts.
Please feel free to bring along your own picnic if you desire, and make a day of it with the kids! The canteen will have limited food available for purchase on the day and will close while the presentations take place.

9.30 am - collect drinks/chips/lollies for teams (U6 – U9)
10.00 am - entertainment commences
12.00 md - presentation for U6 – U9 teams commences
12.30 pm - collect drinks/sausage on a roll for teams (U10 – U18)
- entertainment continues
1.30pm - presentation for U10 – U18 teams commences
- raffle prizes drawn

If there is inclement weather the following timetable will apply for the presentation of awards:
U6’s & U7’s - 10.00 am
U8’s & U9’s - 10.30 am
U10’s – U12’s - 11.00 am
U13’s – U18’s - 11.30am
U12’s – U16’s girls - 12.00 md
